225 gr cream cheese (goat milk, if possible)
225 gr ricotta cheese
250 gr walnuts, toasted
125 gr honey
Mix the cream cheese and ricotta cheese together until it forms a smooth paste. Press the cheese into 6 molds, if desired, or serve free-form on chilled dessert plates. Garnish each mound of cheese with 62 gr toasted walnuts and 4 tablespoons honey.
